GST IMPLICATION ON CONSTRUCTED FLAT GIVEN TO LANDOWNER (JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED IN 2015 ,BUT DEVELOPER HANDED OVER POSSESSION OF CONSTRUCTED FLAT TO LANDOWNER IN CONSIDERATION OF JOINT DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS. ACCORDING TO 04/2018 NOTIFICATION TIME OF SUPPLY IS HANDED OVER THE POSSESSION OF FLAT TO LANDOWNER ,SO ACCORDING TO THIS NOTIFICATION DEVELOPER CHARGE GST TO LANDOWNER. MY QUESTION IS LANDOWNER IS DENYING TO PAY GST TO DEVELOPER ,NOW WHAT LEGAL STEPS DEVELOPER IS ABLE TO TAKE?)
