Mirror Review publishes two types of magazines, one company focused magazines, which they publish and market to their target audience. Traditional magazines find it difficult to provide optimum ROI to their featured companies because they have a defined set of readers. They, being a modern magazine company, and born in the age of digital world promote each of their magazine and the profile of each featured company to their target audiences. This approach along with their own audience of around a hundred thousand readers, is what makes their partnered companies happy to work with them. The other format of their magazine is personality based, in which they focus on the featured personality and cover his/her entrepreneur journeys, which inspire their thousands of readers.

Mirror Review co-founderMirror Review was founded by four people. Aakash Mahajan (CEO), had completed his MBA and worked with various companies on managing levels. He always looked for opportunities where he could contribute his skills and proficiencies. He served in diverse industries, including software, manufacturing and finally media, where he realized the plethora of opportunities to build something new.

Archana Ghule, is one of the co-founders, looks after Human Resources of the company. Being the Head of HR, she maintains a positive environment of the office, which motivates each and employee to give his/her best to the company. Archana is also a qualified editor, with background journalism. In her career she worked as a senior editor at various elite organizations, which qualifies her to play the role of the publisher of our magazines.

Vishal More, the third partner, looks after the technological aspects of our businesses. Being a publishing and marketing company, it was very important for us to adapt latest technological tools into our administration and strategies, Vishal looked over all those aspects and made our company competent enough to stay ahead in the market. His previous experiences at various companies, from startups to MNCs allowed our organization to pick up the best practices for our growth.

Vikram Suryawanshi is the fourth partner, and he looks after the content of our magazines. He completed his Engineering, but his love towards writing pulled him to start a career in the publishing industry. His knowledge about content, design, and marketing has allowed him to lead the creative team of our company. Vikram has been instrumental in the success of the company owing to his skill and out-of-the-box approach.

They are helping to overcome the complications that companies confront in their marketing strategies. Most of the time, they understand what their target audience is, but fail to reach them. Even if they find a way to connect to their prospective clients, they lack the right content. Mirror Review provides a platform for such businesses and help them increase their visibility to their audiences.

“One of the major challenges in the initial stage was finding and acquiring appropriate talent, suitable for our vision. We found very difficult to build a team whose vision aligned with ours, and who could work as aggressively as we did, to help our partner companies grow. However, now we have a team that has same ambition as us, and each of the member care about our featured companies as much as we do,” remembered Vikram.

They have served more than 700 companies till now. Most of them have collaborated with them for a long time and work with them on various projects and leverage their skills for their marketing and advertising needs.

Vikram thinks, “India gives infinite opportunities for ambitious people. And India has most ambitious leaders, who drive the whole start-up community on the paths of success.  The software industry is definitely going to grow further, but along with that we are sure the healthcare industry and the food and beverages industries are going to bloom as well.”

“We would advise them (young entrepreneurs and upcoming start-ups) to think futuristic. They should focus on the growth, but they should always keep an eye on the sustainability. At Mirror Review, we are committed to build a positive environment for all our associates, for our clients, our employees, and our community,” were the closing statements.
